Returns & Refunds

We strive to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and make every effort to ensure your happiness.

If you wish to return any of your purchases, the product must be unworn, have a tag, show no signs of wear (other than checking to see if they are appropriate) and be in the same condition as when you received the order. Upon receiving your purchase, please let us know within 48 hours that you are unhappy with your purchase. You can contact us via e-mail at contact@kasibunkari.com 
We will then issue you with a return number and return address.

We do not accept returns or exchange of sarees that have been worn, washed, tags removed, stained, deodorant stain and/or odour, smell of smoke or show any other signs of damage. The items are exchangeable only for merchandise credit goods for 3-4 business days from the date of purchase. Kasibunkari has the right to determine the condition of product(s) for refund ability or exchangeability.
